Herein, the terms “We,” “Us” and “Our” refer to Amp Social Media. This Policy describes (1) the types of information that We may collect or that you may provide when you access or use ampsocial; and (2) Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

This Policy applies only to information We collect by way of ampsocial. This Policy DOES NOT apply to information (1) that We collect offline or with any other applications or websites, including websites you may access through ampsocial; or (2) that You provide to, or is collected by, any third party.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect information from and about users of ampsocial directly from you when you provide it to Us and automatically when you use ampsocial.

When you install or use ampsocial, We may ask you provide (1) information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, or other identifiers by which you may be contacted online or offline ("Personal Information"); and (2) information about you that does not identify you individually, such as country of residence or job description.

When you use ampsocial, it or We may automatically collect (1) usage details about the resources that you access and use on or by way of ampsocial; (2) information about your device and internet connection, including device identifiers, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information; (3) information from and about files stored on your device; (4) information that you communicate through ampsocial; and (5) information about the location of your device. When you use ampsocial, certain third parties may use automatic information-collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. How We Use Your Information

We use information that We collect about you or that you provide to Us, including any personal information, to (1) provide you with ampsocial and its contents, and any other information, products or services that you request from Us; (2) carry out Our obligations and enforce Our rights arising from any agreements entered into between you or your organization and Us; (3) notify you, at our option, when ampsocial updates are available and of changes to other products or services that We offer or provide in connection with ampsocial.

The usage information that We collect helps Us to improve ampsocial by enabling Us to (1) forecast usage patterns; and (2) customize ampsocial according to your individual preferences; and (3) in the case of location information, verify Our compliance with local law.

We may compile, aggregate, distribute, and otherwise make use of information or content that you upload or enter into ampsocial (“User Content”) that is (1) stripped of identifying information, or (2) presented in aggregate form without personally identifying you, in each case, for statistical analysis, benchmarking, and research purposes.

We may also use your information to contact you for the purpose of providing application support, either as a result of requests submitted by you or others or on Our own initiative. If you do not want Us to use your information in this way, we may not be able to provide application support necessary to fix problems that affect your ability to use ampsocial.

In addition, We may disclose personal information that We collect or you provide (1) to Our subsidiaries and affiliates; (2) to contractors or service providers that We use to support Our business; (3) to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Amp Social Media about ampsocial users is among the assets to be transferred; (4) to fulfill the purposes for which you provide it, for example, if you give Us an e-mail address for the purpose of transmitting User Content to others; (5) for any other purpose disclosed by Us when you provide the information; (6) with your consent; (7) to comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request; (8) to enforce Our rights arising from any agreements entered into between you and Us, including the Subscription Agreement that covers your use of ampsocial; and (9) if We believe that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Amp Social Media, Our customers or others, such as for purposes of security or fraud detection.

Your Choices about Our Collection, Use and Disclosure of Your Information

You can set your browser or mobile device to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, including location information, some features of ampsocial may then be inaccessible to you or not function properly.

If you do not want Us to use your information as described herein, you may opt out by sending an e-mail to requesting that we delete your account.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into ampsocial and visiting your account profile page.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your account. We reserve the right to refuse a request to change information if We believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

We have implemented security measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where We have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to ampsocial, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Do not share your password with others.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms cannot be completely secured.
